Performance and innovation

We have experience in designing, developing, prototyping and testing both simple and complex sports products, for instance an aero-helmet, where dynamic shape, performance, high-tech materials and safety regulations have to be in balance.

Dynamic Aero Helmet H1 Carbon

Unique on-demand aerodynamic helmet, intended for inline skating and biking. The helmet features a strong light-weight structure that enables the sporter to change during the ride from ventilation mode to aerodynamic mode, offering at least 3% drag reduction.

The helmet weigh less then 260 grams (medium size) and offers a detachable safety rear light. Naturally the helmet complies to both the EN 1078:2012 norm and the US CPSC norm.

This tool eliminates hesitation, guesswork, and struggle from this previously irritating task.

The ActiveLink 2 is a state-of-the-art Activity Monitor developed with Philips and Weightwatchers for the market in the United States.

The ActiveLink will learn about how much you move and then creates customized goals depending on your activity. It offers an online coach and diets from Weightwatchers to help people with serious overweight to achieve a healthier lifestyle.

Transporting inline skates can be tricky. Most skate-bags share a similar design and idea; mainly based on straps, buckle and slotting pocket. This product helps to just click and slot inline skates on a bag.

Industrial design of Decathlon sports nutrition bottle.

ESS Decathlon Aptonia sports-nutrition bottle

This ESS (easy serve system) sports nutrition bottle was developed for one of the brands of Decathlon. Multiple user researches helped us to design a simple solution to faultlessly dose the nutrition powder or fluid with normal water. The sleek sophisticated design is a large step forward for Aptonia.

The bottle offers intuitive and precise dosing, but also offers a sustainable solution, as the bottle can be re-used and nutrition refills can be sold in a very cheap bio-degradable packaging.

S-series ice hockey skate holder

The S-series newly engineered holders offer light weight, quick change of blades and more stiffness then other holders on the market. They fit perfectly to the S-series shoe and have great impact strength and toughness against the puck hitting sideways, thanks to the use of a high-performance glass-fiber reinforced nylon.

By designing the holder in two parts, which are connected by ultrasonic welding, we could use a special construction which makes the holder lighter and stiffer then the present best holders.

The S-series ice hockey holders have an stealth inspired styling and offer outstanding dynamics and performance.
